Eastview’s Global Outreach ministries primary purpose is to be an extension of God's ridiculous love to a hurting and broken world. We partner with indigenous leaders and their life-changing ministries in Haiti, Kenya, India and North Africa. Our core focuses are training, serving and sending. We train our globally involved members through discipleship, internships and conference style events. We send people to serve on trips, both long and short term. We launch people to live and love overseas in unreached areas. And we challenge our people to live life on mission in McLean County. We do all this because Jesus calls us to "Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation." (Mk 16:15)
Eastview partners with GOYA Ministries in Kenya that focuses on education, agriculture, church planting, orphan and medical care. We have multiple trips a year that focus on joining GOYA in what they are doing in these five areas. Visit goyaministries.org to learn more.
Eastview is specifically partnering with CICM on a hyper-focused Church Planting training Academy in Northern India. This academy trains church planters from India and surrounding countries to plant transformational churches in local villages all over Northern India. CICM and ECC's goal is to graduate 50 church planters annually. Visit indiamission.org to learn more.
Eastview has been a part of this community transformation since 1985. Over the years, thousands of Eastview members have partnered alongside HCM in this journey. Our work isn’t done though as HCM has plans for future church plants in new locations in Northern Haiti. Visit hcmin.org to learn more.
Welcome Home Haiti is a partner ministry launch by a family here at Eastview that supports the work of HCM and exists to provide the poorest families in the Pillatre and Lory Churches with safe and sanitary housing. This is an amazing opportunity for your small group to partner with a Haitian family on a journey that will change everyone’s lives. If you’ve been looking for a way for your small group to get more involved this is it. Visit welcomehomehaiti.com to learn more.
In 1997, Eastview adopted the Berbers of North Africa as our unreached people group. We began to pray over the Eastview workers being sent long term to work among them. Eastview has partnered in North Africa with our own workers and other ministries, for the last 13 years. Contact Bill Troyer at email@example.com for more information
G.O. Serve is a gathering of hundreds of people to share a meal together, be challenged with an inspiring message and get plugged into the missional ministry here at Eastview. We also have an amazing kids program designed to raise up the next generation of global Kingdom workers. (K-5th grade welcome).
To register for the next G.O. Serve night, visit our Events page and filter by Global Outreach.
Training & Sending
Eastview is committed to the training up and sending of our members both locally and globally. In addition to our sending of 20+ short term trips per year, we train up and send long-term missionaries through our TOAG program. We also train up and send our members on mission locally through our Missional Communities.
