Lunch Crunch with Tracie Allen

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started with physical activity, Tracie will create a fitness environment that is inviting and beneficial to everyone! Each session participants will spend 10-15 minutes in a warmup routine, followed by 30 minutes of circuit training. Activities, pace and intensity of workouts will be tailored to the needs of the each individual in the class. Participants should wear athletic shoes and clothing, and bring a water bottle. 


Cost

For this 6 week session, participants are signing up for all six weeks of the class. Participants may choose to attend more than one day per week.

  • One day per week: $40 for all six sessions
  • Two days per week: $80 for all twelve sessions

Each session is limited to 15 people and will close when capacity has been met.


Location

  • Monday and Wednesday classes will be at the Bloomington Campus
  • Tuesday and Thursday classes will be in the Normal Campus Gym
