We believe that real life change happens best through authentic relationships in small groups. Eastview small groups go beyond just meeting and connecting together. They are the primary vehicles for living out the values we champion at Eastview. With this in mind our desire is to create small groups that will be an irresistible witness to the community. We are committed to introducing people to groups, building up the body of Christ, networking groups to serve, preparing groups to go, and equipping facilitators to grow in their leadership.
CAN I GET MY FEET WET AND TRY A SMALL GROUP?
Yes! We have a weekly online gathering every Sunday at 6pm called Belong. It's open to anyone and everyone. We'll join together for an ongoing community conversation about the sermon, as well as fellowship with others within our church. You belong here! Jump into this group anytime. Simply go to eastview.church/belong at 6pm on Sunday to join the Zoom meeting.
WHEN DO SMALL GROUPS MEET?
We have small groups meet every night of the week in homes, on the church campus, and via online platforms.
WHAT DO SMALL GROUPS LOOK LIKE?
Our groups typically have 6-14 people who…
GATHER together weekly (Hebrews 10:24-25)
GROW to be more Christ-like (Romans 12:1-2; 1 Peter 1:14-16)
GIVE of themselves in various ways (I Corinthians 12:12-27; Ephesians 4:11-16)
GO on to impact the world around them (Matthew 28:19)
