Intended for a group experience, Authentically You is written specifically for single and high school/college-aged women: those who are on the working/career path and those who are in school. This 20-lesson curriculum is easily adaptable to a busy work schedule, as well as a college semester system.  

Specifically designed for high school and college-aged men, Living Free identifies the underlying factors that create and reinforce compulsive sexual behavior. Intended for a small group and planned around a two-semester system, Living Free combines biblical truth and clinical data to create the foundation for lifelong healing and freedom. 

This group is for anyone (girls only) who wants to find freedom from the effects of unwanted sexual behaviors and betrayal, whether for themselves, in order to help others, or simply to have a deeper knowledge and understanding. We all desire sexual integrity, but we struggle with knowing where to start. This group will show how shame and grace affect the healing process, give understanding about addiction and betrayal trauma, and get anyone started on the path to sexual health.
