Do you have a heart for helping people overcome financial hardship? Our Community Care Partners help get individuals on the road to financial freedom and success. This includes reviewing applications for financial assistance and making assistance recommendations to Community Center staff, helping individuals with budgeting and money management, and guiding individuals to additional resources in the community.
