Young men and women entering their sophomore year up to the completion of their senior year are eligible. Each student will need to complete an application for participation. Final determination for participation will be made by the High School pastor.

Focus

  • An everyday life with Christ that discovers our identity in Him, gives Him control and aligns our daily habit and rhythms with His priorities.
  • We will focus intently on becoming disciples who make disciples.

Expectations

  • The Spiritual Formation and Discipleship Team is an opportunity to expand your walk with Christ.
  • Weekly small group participation is expected along with serving within the local church and daily intake of God's Word.
  • Attend gathering consistently and on time, be ready to share and have an open heart for what God is doing, model Godly character to those around you, pour into someone else and be actively looking to share your faith.
  • This team has high expectations.  There is a great cost to following Jesus and he never minimized it.  He taught the crowds that following Him means dying to ourselves and giving up everything to be His disciples (Luke 14:33).

Meetings

  • DATE - Every other Monday night beginning 9/18/23
  • TIME - 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
  • LOCATION - Normal Campus - The Foundry
