We are grateful for everyone who joined us for Vision Sunday to celebrate the many ways God continues to work through Eastview—what an incredible opportunity we have to impact our community and the world. Speaking of community, Sunday marked the renewed launch of Love My Community, we’re asking the entire church family to catch this vision. On your own, with your family, and in your small groups, please join us in praying daily to recognize and engage opportunities to show Christ’s love to the people we encounter.

The Lead Pastor search has been launched and the initial discovery phase is underway. In preparation for vetting potential candidates, consultants from Slingshot Group held a series of meetings Sunday and Monday with Elders, Executive/Advisory teams, staff, and members of the church family. The purpose of the meetings was to hear from various groups to gain a more thorough understanding of ECC’s vision, mission, and culture to compile a candidate profile for the next Lead Pastor in the life of our church. We will continue to keep the church informed throughout the process.
